I've just created a first draft of the Rat manual, you can read it online here.

This first draft only covers the most visible part of `rat.hig`. The othe part of `rat.hig` is very interesting because it gives you a powerful tool to create HIG compliant dialog.

I've also created the homepage for it, if you have good webdesigner talents and would like to help, please do!

Latest and greatest is available on trunk - which is really stable.
