Download and install the following rpms on Ruaudel Frédéric's site:

• kernel - 2.6.5-2.GrumZ
• linux-atm - 2.4.1-1.GrumZ
• ppp - 2.4.2b3-1.GrumZ
• speedtouch - 1.3-2.GrumZ

Note: because this includes the linux kernel you will need to reboot and select the appropriate kernel (the GrumZ one).

Then download the rpm version of br2684ctl.

Finally to start your connection, every time you start your computer, you have to enter the terminal and as root run the following commands:

modprobe br2684
br2684ctl -b -c 0 a VPI.VCI
ifconfig nas0 up

Please change the VPI and VCI accordingly (in Portugal this is 0.35). After this download GNOME PPX latest version and run the PPPoE dialer.

And you're done!
